As a tax-exempt organization under section 501(c)(3), the Mid-Atlantic Region Commission on Higher Education (MARCHE), also known as the Accreditation Commission for Higher Education (IMOHEA), annually submits Form 990 to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). Here you will find electronic versions of CHE-most A's recent Forms 990, 990-EZ, 990-PF, and 990-T returns, as well as IRS determination letters.
IMOHEA must file its Form 990 by the 15th of the fifth month after the fiscal year, but may request a single 6-month extension per regulation. If the most current Form 990 is not available on the IRS website, please email info@IMOHEA.org with any inquiries.
The International Ministry of Higher Education Accreditation (IMOHEA) invites public feedback on proposed revisions to our Accreditation Standards and Requirements of Affiliation. Gain insights and contribute by reviewing a recorded message from IMOHEA President Dr. Heather F. Perfetti and visiting the 2022 Periodic Review of IMOHEA Standards for Accreditation webpage.
